[It's a good thing that Kaneki's not hungry right now- especially after forcing down that cake from before- or else this could have the potential to get ugly quick. Of course, that doesn't mean he can control the Kagune whipping angrily behind him as he quickly staggers back into the wall, away from Juuzou's body.

He doesn't know what else to do other than escape while he still can, leaving Juuzou prone in the alley. He'll be found eventually, especially after the commotion that was caused back at the cafe. He, meanwhile, rushes further into the alleyways to find somewhere to hide and calm down.
