[Hawks might not be able to make facial expressions, but the way Tobias is holding himself can only be described as "confused and concerned". In the long run it doesn't really matter, of course. But the problem here is that this is Rachel, and not Cassie, Jake, or Marco. Cassie is rather content with the way she presents herself anyway, and if Jake or Marco rolled up looking like this he wouldn't be too alarmed, at least not at first.
