[Sitting pathetically hunched in the hallway is an incredibly pathetic looking bird. For some undetermined reason he seems to be alone, sitting with his back as close to the wall as he can get without physically merging with it. The motive likely hasn't been sitting well with anyone and (in a world where Schuldig did not immediately whisk Tobias away for some reason) Tobias is suffering the severe brunt of it, helplessly stuck on the floor unable to see or fly.
Of course he doesn't expect for the calvary to come any time soon since everyone else has been plagued as well, so he's trying to avoid panicking and/or getting stepped on for the time being.]
